Welcome to your Newport home base! This newly renovated, professionally managed 1-(Queen) bedroom, 1-bathroom suite is the ideal hideaway for couples looking to enjoy the best of Newport. Compact yet comfortable, the space is thoughtfully appointed with essentials and modern touches to make your stay effortless.
Rare! 1 assigned parking space in a private gated lot included!
Ask about taking over 2, 3 or 4 units for your special event!
Please park in space number 5. if you need additional parking, please message me.
From rear parking lot, walk downstairs and enter hallway. Unit 3 is on your right.
From Dr Marcus Wheatland Blvd, enter through the front door under the number 38 and go downstairs to the hallway.
Enter the space from either front or rear doors using your custom code.
Please park in your assigned spaces (#5)
Please make sure all exterior doors are closed firmly and securely when entering and exiting
There are fire extinguishers in the hallways and kitchen. There is a med kit underneath the kitchen sink. Just message me if you need anything for your stay, food/drink/activity recommendations, or anything else!

We loved the place and location. Super cute. Bed was so comfortable and walking distance to all you need to see in Newport. Will definitely stay again. 100% recommend. Great host.
