Welcome to The Look Out & Crow`s Nest at Turtle Bay Marina.
These are brand new construction homes as of 2022 and is the newest addition to our collection. Please be sure to see the 1000’s of reviews on our other properties.
This stunning waterfront development overlooks Old Hickory Lake and Turtle Bay Marina and is just 15 mins from the airport.
Enjoy an evening beer or glass of wine on the rooftop soaking in the sunset over the water and then head into downtown Nashville and be on Broadway in under 30 mins in an Uber!
These homes together offer 8 bedrooms & 6 bathroom, featuring not only spacious rooftops with bar areas, but multiple balconies and a covered front porch to take in the outdoors.
Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and bar top seating for 8 that flows openly into the living room where a flat screen Smart TV is there for your entertainment.
