This is a brand new construction home as of 2022 and is the newest addition to our collection. Please be sure to see the 1000’s of reviews on our other properties.
This stunning waterfront development overlooks Old Hickory Lake and Turtle Bay Marina and is just 15 mins from the airport.
Enjoy an evening beer or glass of wine on the 'Look Out' rooftop soaking in the sunset over the water and then head into downtown Nashville and be on broadway in under 30 mins in an Uber!
This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome features not only a spacious rooftop with bar area, but multiple balconies and a covered front porch to take in the outdoors. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and bar top seating for 8 that flows openly into the living room where a flat screen Smart TV is there for your entertainment.
The garage has been converted into a stunning games room with activities such as ping pong, darts & ringtoss to enjoy your time with friends. We've conveniently added a fridge in the games room to keep your drinks in too!
A short 1 minute walk will have you sitting at the Marina Bar & Restaurant enjoying a wonderful ‘lake life’ setting in one of Nashville’s waterfront favorite hang outs. Live music is performed on most days and the atmosphere is truly Nashville. Boat rentals and other waterfront activities are available at the Marina.
Other amenities such as Grocery stores and multiple golf courses are located just minutes away including 2 public championship quality courses located at The Hermitage.

There is no garage parking available. Public parking will need to be found along adjacent streets. This property is only 15 mins from Nashville International Airport so utilizing ride share services each as Uber is the perfect way to visit!

We were very pleased with the property and enjoyed our stay. There could have been some more comfortable seating in the living room for when we were all there in the evenings. I would not hesitate to rent the property again.

I struggled with this review. On the one hand, we couldn't get in until 4.5 hours after check in time because cleaners never showed after previous guests. But they very quickly waived the cleaning fee. The property seems newer, but while we were there the disposal broke and the washer went glitchy. But again, the manager was super responsive. I just think these are not very well built homes -- and that's not the owner's fault (unless they built them!). Who puts a clear window in a shower right at chest level (and no window coverings), looking right out over buildings behind it? Hello, neighbor! The kitchen isn't very well-equipped but some VRBOs are like that (though I've never stayed at one that didn't even have coffee, but that could mean I've just been lucky in the past), and the garage is a hassle because we could only open from inside. Aside from the late check-in these all sound like nits, and they are -- but we got off to a rough start and then the nits added up. If this house were software, I'd say it's kludgy, and though I wouldn't stay here again I can see how it would be totally fine for others just looking for a clean spot on the lake. And I just need to say again that the property manager was terrific -- I would NOT want her job, especially scrambling to find help on a holiday: thank YOU!
