Parking for 4 Automobiles
Motorcycles, boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed

Includes 8 community amenity wristbands for guest 12 and up, additional weekly wristbands maybe purchased.
Spa and Pool heated for additional fee of $60+tax per day for the duration of the stay, in the months of October-May. Spa and pools are not heated during the months of June-September.
Bikes and an additional 6 Seater Street Legal Golf Carts available for an additional fee.
The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm
During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund.
Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules.
Minimum Age Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay. This policy helps ensure a safe, respectful environment for our homes, neighbors, and all guests. Reservations made in violation of this requirement may be subject to cancellation without refund.

This property was amazing and should be featured on HGTV. My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was one of our favorite vacations to date. This roomy home is luxuriously decorated and the heated pool and spa with the view of the lake offered hours of entertainment. Would highly recommend.

We have stayed in many vacation rental properties, and this is by far the best one yet. The rental manager Bart and his staff are top flight. Due to Hurricane Sally , we needed to extend our stay an additional day and they obliged, which kept me and my family members safe. The property is HGTV worthy to say the least. With the weather being so problematic, we enjoyed this home to the fullest. We cooked, watched movies, played games ,and fished in the lake, etc. Relaxation at the highest level.Thanks again.

Family of 11 stayed here. Beautiful home, excellent location. Views of lake and ocean close by were fantastic. Home in very good condition. Just like the photos. Loved it
Issue is with the tone, tenor, contracts and response to help which was very poor.
Every statement or email for any issue starts with an implied warning of fines
For a home which we were paying over $1000/night, reached on Christmas Day and they had no wine opener, or mittens etc. never received it even when we requested.
When there was an issue, or so we thought about our heated pool, the first statement was the additional charges we would incur because they assumed we had screwed up. We had not, as it worked the next morning
While we enjoyed this home, and the mgmt definitely left a very sour taste in our mouths.
