About this cottage rental
The Fair House is a tiny home with a lot to offer! With a 12 ft ceiling in the main living area, it feels spacious and roomy. The countryside setting is peaceful and relaxing, but you are only minutes from downtown. The home is only 399 square feet making it a true “tiny house!” There are two bedrooms and a loft. The main bedroom has a queen bed and small closet. The bunk room has two built in bunks and a storage cabinet. Upstairs you will find two more twin beds, a tv with streaming and some extra room to spread out. Enjoy sipping your coffee and watching wildlife each morning. Hit the bike trails or take a drive down iconic Price Coffee road. It’s a unique and beautiful property custom designed with guests in mind! We love it and know you will too!
