Very clean. Within walking distance to downtown Bentonville. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it while there.

The place is ideal for a group not planning to be home much. There is no cozy seating anywhere, no kitchen essentials - very segmented - not ideal for entertaining. Also, temperature didn’t get above 77 upstairs, very uncomfortable sleeping.
