The house was very comfortable and functional with nice bedding. There was a nice place to keep your bicycles safe and a good size backyard for our doggy. It is convenient to just walk, ride, or drive a few blocks and you are downtown or at the Greenway trailhead. The property host, Staci, responded promptly to all questions and needs.

Overall we enjoyed our visit. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Proximity to town was incredible-we walked downtown several times! 1 ice cream @ Spark rules! The bike room was great for storage, the 3 king beds were great, the hot tub (small) was a nice touch, but this house is just ok TBH. One bathroom was difficult for 4 people, the yard is an embarrassment on the street. I never want to leave a bad review but we wouldn’t be running back to stay here again. We’ve stayed at several houses in Bentonville and while location is the big driver for this one, I preferred the houses our friends stayed at, and the houses we stayed at in the past, to this one. If the price and location and hot tub are your needs then this house is great.

A cozy little home away from home. Loved the coffee nook in the kitchen. It was so nice to wake up and enjoy a peaceful morning reading while sipping on coffee. Staci was great at responding when I had to reach out to her.Overall a lovely stay while enjoying the coffee shops, restaurants, trails and museum in the area.

House was very nice, clean and comfortable. Backyard was great with the grill and fire pit. (Hot tub as well but we didn’t use it)
