The apartment is 60 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has excellent infrastructure. The supermarket "Consum" is about 200 meters away, and there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The sea and two city beaches Los Locos and Del Cura are 500 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! The fine for violation is 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
