We offer for tourist rental a one-bedroom apartment within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach. The apartment has an area of 56 m2 and consists of a living room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is 400 meters away, the Russian store Kalinka is 250 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus station is about 500 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are approximately 600 meters away. Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
