+La playa del cura está a 10 minutos andando. +El apartamento está bastante bien para estar unos días como en casa. +La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. +Los colchones cómodos. +La chica fue puntual a la hora de hacer el check-in +Bloque bastante tranquilo sin ruidos +Facilidad para encontrar aparcamiento en la misma calle.
-El sofá cama está bastante sucio. -Hemos convivido con cucarachas, tuvimos que comprar veneno e insecticidas. -El portal tiene un olor bastante desagradable. -Las llaves para abrir el portal, las cerraduras no van bien y era a veces una faena. -El balcón es muy pequeño y da a un patio interior.
