This spacious stone house welcomes you, set in a quiet location.
Peace, relaxation and isolation: is this what you are looking for for your holidays? Then you have come to the right place. Together with your family or friends, you can make yourself comfortable on three floors. There is plenty of space here to spend time together. Enjoy the charm of the well-equipped house and sunbathe on the terrace or balcony while the children play.
Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of nature and go hiking in the surrounding area. The property, located on a hill full of olive trees, has, in fact, over 140,000 m2 of land, with woods and paths suitable for peaceful walks immersed in nature. Also visit nearby Ascoli Piceno, the "city of a hundred towers", with its historic center among the most admired in central Italy, known for its artistic and architectural richness.
The beautiful Piazza del Popolo, known as "the living room of Italy", with its porticoes, the Palazzo dei Capitani del Popolo and other valuable Renaissance buildings. Ascoli Piceno is also characterized by its medieval streets and alleys, where it is possible to walk, admire the old shops, or sit in the restaurants to savor the typical traditional dishes, such as Ascoli olives, “vincisgrassi”, “maccheroncini di Campofilone” with Marche ragù, “ngip 'ngiap” rabbit, accompanied by fine wines from the area such as: Pecorino, Passerina and Rosso Piceno Superiore.
You can also take a trip to the seaside and spend wonderful hours swimming and sunbathing in nearby San Benedetto del Tronto, immersing yourself in beach life, eating an ice cream or taking a bike ride on the cycle path that runs along the entire seafront.
It is also possible to visit the nearby Sibillini Mountains, which are characterized by unique places such as Monte Vettore, the hermitage of San Leonardo, Lake Pilato and the Castelluccio plain, as well as other beautiful mountain places.

On the ground floor cosy living room - kitchen furnished with sofas and television. The kitchen is well equipped with a dining table. There is a bathroom.
Going up to the first floor we find another small living room with sofa and fireplace, plus television. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms:
2 doubles on the first floor + bathroom with shower
1 double and 1 with two single beds + bathroom with shower
A terrace is available for guests.
The following might be to be paid extra: Electricity, Final Cleaning, Gas, Refundable Security Deposit in cash.
