The ancient and marvellous Casolare "il Vecchio Forte" is a true "oasis of peace". In this enchanting place, time stands still, you breathe good air and the combination of nature and man is particularly harmonious and unique, so that your holiday will give you physical and mental wellbeing. The Casolare is located in Alba Adriatica, just 10 minutes by car from both the sea (beach) and the Val Vibrata motorway exit, and a few minutes from shopping centres and various services offered by the splendid modern seaside resort. The Casolare has a large, well-kept garden, a barbecue area and picnic areas for spending time outdoors, practising sports, cooking and enjoying your meals in the shade of the trees. In the summer evenings, the light of sunset gives this wonderful place a magical atmosphere and the energy of the nature of the surrounding countryside and woods regenerates body and mind, giving a unique energy. In the vicinity of the Casolare you can park your car free of charge, inside the fence.
The entire structure offers the possibility of accommodation in two completely independent flats, with a total of 9 beds.
INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
Each of the two levels (ground floor and first floor) makes up a completely independent flat sleeping 5 and 4. The interior spaces of each flat are well distributed and give rise to a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

SERVICES, ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED: each flat is allocated a car parking area, complete supply of bed linen, and there is also kitchen equipment, cleaning equipment, washing machines, drying racks, ironing boards and irons; each window is equipped with useful mosquito nets.
