Large separate sunbathing lawn for each flat with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols, barbecue area
A small petting zoo with dwarf goats and a children's playground is available, but is located away from the quiet zone of the sunbathing lawn.
All cars have a guaranteed carport space and there is also a charging station for electric cars.
You ski or snowboard down to the Sonnleiten lifts in front of your flat
and at the end of your ski run take the lift back up to the top, put your ski boots in the boot dryer
and directly to your sun terrace at Haus Kristall. This is almost unique in Abtenau
