Relaxation in the middle of Nature

Everything was perfect, coudn't get enough of the view from the balcony. Kathrin was super awesome, she provides all your needs on the spot.

A perfect base for a fabulous winter stay

Katrin and Christian were just so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was cosy and spotlessly clean, with fabulous views from the balcony. It had everything we needed and the super king size bed (Austrian style) was very comfortable. It is situated in the perfect place to access Abtenau, yet it is very very quiet at night. My wife was recovering from a ski injury and our hosts were very amenable to my requests for a few extra items to make her stay more pleasant - including a DVD player and a box of DVDs, extra cushions and pillows ,etc. In between this help, they gave us our privacy and so our little home-from-home felt very private. All in all, it was just what we needed to start my wife's recovery away from it all. Thank you so much.

Fantastic location

Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a great balcony and beautiful views of Abtenau town and valley. Kathrin is a friendly and great host. Used the ping pong and pool table most nights, which kids loved. Really calm setting, yet only a few minutes from the town square.

Czysty, dobrze utrzymany apartament z ładnym widokiem. Bardzo pomocna gospodyni, wygodne miejsce do parkowania.

Uważam pobyt za udany, bardzo rodzinne rejony narciarskie.

Każdy pokój miał swoją łazienkę. Wszędzie było bardzo dobre oświetlenie. Miła, uśmiechnięta gospodyni. Dużo miejsca na postawienie samochodu. Świetna suszarka do włosów.

Za mało sztućców, po włożeniu do zmywarki brakowało drugiego kompletu do użycia. Tylko jedna ogromna patelnia, dobrze by było gdyby była jeszcze jedna mniejsza patelnia.

Heerlijke kindvriendelijke accommodatie in een prachtige omgeving

Heerlijk comfortabel appartement op een prachtige locatie. De faciliteiten vielen erg in de smaak bij de kinderen. Vooral de speeltoestellen en uiteraard het zwembad! Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was subliem en iedere dag genieten. In de omgeving zijn talloze prachtige wandelingen te vinden, soms wel pittiger dan dat we van tevoren hadden ingeschat (onze jongste is 5). De Lammerklam (kloof op 7 mij rijden) is schitterend! En de Dachser waterval is ook een aanrader! En uiteraard de 2,2km lange rodelbaan op 2 minuten rijden!

Je deelt het huis met de eigenaren zelf en met andere gasten. Met die andere gasten moet je het een beetje treffen, want het kan soms wat gehorig zijn. Wij hadden gelukkig geen last van onze buren (hopelijk zij ook niet van ons).

Vyjímečné místo

Před týdnem jsme se vrátili z dovolené, kde jsme byli ubytovaní v krásném apartmánu. Výhled z balkónu nás naprosto nadchl. Velmi útulné a čisté prostředí pro naší aktivní dovolenou, vhodné i pro rodiny s dětmi. Prostředí i celkové vybavení domu je zařízeno tak, aby jste se i při zhoršeném počasí ani na chvíli nenudily. Velmi jsme ocenili a využili vyhřívaný bazén i společenskou hernu. Parkování před domem bylo v jakoukoliv denní i noční hodinu bez problému. Úžasná okolní příroda i místa, která jsme navštívili, nám vytvořili překrásně vzpomínky. Vrátili jsme se na prosto zrelaxovaný :-).

Ubytování bylo na klidném místě mimo hlavní silnici. Pokoj byl útulný, kuchyňka dostatečně vybavená. V ubytování byl dostatek úložného prostoru. Apartmán byl čistý, wifi fungovala výborně.

Gyönyörű szép igényes berendezés, dekoráció. Patyolat tisztaság. Külön plusz pont a sötétítő függönyökért, megkönnyítette kisbabánk altatását. Szuper kényelmes ágy. Mosogatógép. Tökéletesen felszerelt konyha. 4 erkély ajtó. Csendes, nyugodt, gyönyörű kilátással. Rendezett, felszerelt játszótér. Jó fűtés. Segítőkész szállásadók. Kaptunk etetőszéket. Összességében teljesen elégedettek vagyunk, kivéve egy dolgot.

A távozás előtt megkaptuk a számlát, melynél előre készültünk készpénzzel, hogy az idegenforgalmi adót rendezni tudjuk. Azonban a számlán feltüntetésre került még +80 euró takarításért, amit nem értettünk, mert sehol sem volt feltüntetve, hogy utólag ez még fizetendő a helyszínen készpénzben. A szállás teljes összegét előre kifizettük, és még az idegenforgalmi adó volt amit fizetni kell. Amikor jeleztük, azt mondták, hogy jelezték már a bookingnak 2 hete, hogy tegyék ki az oldalra, de nem tették még meg. (A 2 héttel ezelőtti módosítás sem lett volna jogos, mert mi kb. 2 hónappal utazásunk előtt foglaltunk az akkor látott feltételekkel.) Sajnáltam, hogy a végére érkezett a csattanó, mert ezt leszámítva nagyon meg voltunk elégedve. Szálltunk már meg Abtenauban, szolgáltatás szempontjából eddig ők a legjobbak, de ilyen utólagos takarítási díjjal még sehol sem találkoztunk.
