About this villa rental
Villa Llevant is a newly built modern two story villa constructed in 2018, which is only 400 meters from the beach (Playa Cristal) with mountain and sea views. Villa Llevant has a rooftop terrace area equipped with a bar countertop, fridge , sink, garden lounge sofa, 2 sun loungers and Hot Tub. HOT TUB* comes equipped with a radio,multicolour big light, 35 high pressure jets and temperature control panel.
Each bedroom is fitted with A/C (hot and cold). The downstairs living is very spacious fitted with A/C a flat screen TV, sofa combined lounger, seating for ten people at the dining table , (PLEASE BE AWARE THAT VILLA LLEVANT HAS A/C IN EVERY BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THAT MOST OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA MIGHT ADVERTISE A/C BUT ONLY HAVE ONE OR MAYBE TWO A/C UNITS IN THE PROPERTY). The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom (shower), balcony , a flat screen TV and extra large kingsize bed 180cm x 200cm. The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and come with extra large kingsize beds (180cm wide 200cm long) also fitted are large sliding door wardrobes.The fourth bedroom comes with one bunkbed and a kangaroo bed total capacity for four people each matress is 90cm x 190cm.The ground floor bathrooms comes with a bath tub. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower unit. The modern kitchen has a black granit worktop and comes with all the necessary equipment dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, large combo fridge, microwave ,toaster and electric kettle.All the windows are fitted with electrical aluminium security shutters.
On the pool side patio there is a extra long table and ten chairs to eat ala fresco. Outside beside the private pool is a solar heated shower , BBQ , 5 sun loungers and 2 parasols.
At the back of the house you will find a big trampoline (250cm diameter),big playhouse Feber (203 cm wide and 180 cm high),one Bobby Car and one scooter for small children.
Parking available inside the grounds for three cars Villa Llevantl is less then 20 minute walk to the train station in L'hospitalet de I'nfant. The marina is seven minute walk where there is an excellent choice of restaurants available for all tastes. Shopping is close by in L'hospitalet de l'infant either a ten minute walk or a two minute hop in the car All other facillities are close by.

We had a great time house was spacious and well equipped, location was perfect for us 5-10 mins to beach and the same into town for shopping. Several restaurants approx 10 min walk in the port. My only two points for improvement would be the pool is at the front of the house and there’s a relatively low gate/wall so whilst sunbathing by the pool… it’s not particularly private. Secondly would be great if beach towels were on offer as an extra as they are bulky to pack. We decided to not take but ended up ordering whilst there. Other than that I really would recommend!

The property was extremely clean, however the overall ambience is that of living in a concrete box. There are no curtains or soft furnishings and no subtle lighting. A couple of wall lights in the lounge would have been good.
The outside is all concrete and the wall/fence/gates separating the outside space with the road is not very high. No privacy when in the front garden which houses the swimming pool, eating area and sun loungers/parasols.
The roof terrace offers total privacy but there is no option for shade.
The lid of the jacuzzi is held in place by concrete blocks, similar blocks are used as steps to get into it.
The property requires some maintenance, for example the en-suite shower was unusable due to one of the glass sliding doors being missing.
Although there are large wardrobes in all bedrooms, there are no shelves, only hanging space.
The owners were very helpful in communicating when issues arose, the lack of soft furnishings is also probably good for the ongoing cleanliness of the property,
We enjoyed our stay but do think it could have been a lot better if some of the issues highlighted here were addressed.

Villa was perfect and only short walk to beach and bars / restaurants.
Pool was quite warm even though early season and roof terrace with jacuzzi perfect for late night sun and cava!!

This is a beautiful villa to stay in , to be honest the photos don’t do it justice , it’s beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked and has all you need .
There are 3 supermarkets around 10 minutes walk away , there’s a lovely one just past the train station which we liked better than spar . There’s also a lovely market on Sunday , near the Marina , selling fruit , veg and all sorts of clothes and shoes . Great for a wander .
We also caught the train to Salou which is only 20 mins away - tip buy your tickets online .
Our party of 6 loved the Hot tub .
