About this villa rental
Villa Mestral is a newly built modern two story villa constructed in 2018, which is only 400 meters from the beach (Playa Cristal) with mountain and sea views. Villa Mestral has a rooftop terrace area equipped with a bar countertop, fridge , sink, garden lounge sofa, 2 sun loungers and Hot Tub. HOT TUB * comes equipped with a radio, multicolour big light, 35 high pressure jets and temperature control panel.
Each bedroom is fitted with A/C. The downstairs living is very spacious fitted with A/C a flat screen TV, sofa combined lounger, seating for ten people at the dining table , (PLEASE BE AWARE THAT VILLA LLEVANT HAS A/C IN EVERY BEDROOM AND THE LIVING ROOM PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THAT MOST OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE AREA MIGHT ADVERTISE A/C BUT ONLY HAVE ONE OR MAYBE TWO A/C UNITS IN THE PROPERTY). The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom (shower), balcony , a flat screen TV and extra large kingsize bed 180cm x 200cm. The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and come with extra large kingsize beds (180cm wide 200cm long) also fitted are large sliding door wardrobes.The fourth bedroom comes with one bunkbed and a kangaroo bed total capacity for four people each matress is 90cm x 190cm.The ground floor bathrooms comes with a bath tub. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower unit. The modern kitchen has a black granit worktop and comes with all the necessary equipment dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, large combo fridge, microwave ,toaster and electric kettle.All the windows are fitted with electrical aluminium security shutters.
On the pool side patio there is a extra long table and ten chairs to eat ala fresco. Outside beside the private pool is a solar heated shower, BBQ, 5 sun loungers and 2 parasols. At the back of the house you will find a big trampoline (250 cm diameter),big playhouse Smooby, one Bobby Car and one scooter for small children.
Parking available inside the grounds for three cars Villa Mestral is less then 20 minute walk to the train station in L'hospitalet de I'nfant. The marina is seven minute walk where there is an excellent choice of restaurants available for all tastes. Shopping is close by in L'hospitalet de l'infant either a ten minute walk or a two minute hop in the car All other facillities are close by.

Great location, close to the beach and quiet area. Great house, spacious, very clean.
The terrasse is fantastic with a nice view.
We couldn't enjoy the pool as it was still cold at this time.
Arrival was a bit disturbed as the keys were locked in the safe at the gate and the safe was blocked and couldn't open. Thanks to the neighbors who could help. Bring a screwdriver with you :-)
Anyway, it was a very good stay and I recommend the place

Modern, very clean house (one of two under same ownership) on very quiet road . AC in every room except kitchen. Comfortable beds, 5 sunbeds and 2 large parasols. The hot tub on the roof terrace is fantastic for a night time soak and drink.
5/6 minute walk to beach. 10 min walk to 2 supermarkets.
El Buho has live music every night and is a 10 minute walk.
Los Arcos at the other end of Miami Platja has live football.
Miami Platja is a very pleasant resort town suitable for families. Hospitalet is even more Spanish with lots of history.
Finally, David is a very pleasant and helpful chap.

We have had a lovely stay at the villa, which is very modern and spacious inside. It is a short walk to the beach with a few nice restaurants. The local beach has been quiet whilst we have been here, and there are volleyball and football nets on the beach, as well as gym apparatus.
The outdoor space is very peaceful. The front wall is quite low so not very private, but it is a very quiet street so we didn't feel too overlooked whilst out at the pool.
The rooftop area is very private and we have spent most of our evenings up there in the hottub.
Overall we would definitely recommend this villa and area for a group or family holiday
