The 45 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed balcony. There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The living room is air-conditioned. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure: there are welcoming bars and restaurants nearby, a pharmacy within walking distance, and the "Consum" supermarket is about 300 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach are about 500 meters down the street! Accommodation option for up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking is not allowed! The fine for smoking is 200 euros!

Check-in to the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
