Delightful place! Absolutely charming and cozy.Although the surrounding area is currently under construction, it was not bothersome. (I believe they're almost done with it in that area...) It's fantastic to have the light rail be walkable distance and easy to use as well. (Although if you have a car, there's plenty of free and available parking in front of the house.)(A couple notes for future occupants-- the thermostat is below the tv... hidden by a leaf! And the stairs down to the basement are quite steep (so anyone with knee issues might want to beware. ...that said, you don't necessarily *need* to get into the basement -- most of the living space is on ground level.) This spot is a hidden gem. I would live there!Thank you for having us!

This home was lovely! It felt homey and welcoming. The location was perfect for our trip to Denver, with many restaurants and Washington park in walking distance. Ashley was responsive and accommodating during our stay.
