RENTAL AGREEMENT: To finalize your stay, we require all guests to sign our standard rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. POOL HEAT: Our private pool is open Memorial Day through early Fall. Pool heating is available for an optional fee of $100/day. Please request heating at least one week prior to arrival.
STAY REQUIREMENTS AND SEASONAL MINIMUMS:
To provide the best experience during our busiest months, we typically require a 6–7 night minimum stay during peak summer season. In the spring and fall, we’re happy to offer more flexibility, with three-night weekend stays available. From October through May, we have a two-night minimum, excluding holiday periods, which may require longer stays.

Stayed over Christmas and had a wonderful time. Our host could not have been more accommodating and gracious to us. The home is located well and equipped with everything needed. Too cold for the pool but we did enjoy the fire pit and charcoal grill. Also took daily walks on the beach which is a short drive, few mins. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and the home was more than big enough for our stay and activities. Park behind school came in handy to wear out the boys. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
