Experience Spring like a local in this 3-bedroom house that was built mid-Aug 2025, not even a month old! Fully furnished with all new appliances and furniture to make you feel at home. I furnish this home as if I live here myself. I make sure it's clean and comfortable for your stay. It's located in a safe and peaceful cul-de-sac neighborhood, about 7 miles from IAH Airport, very close/convenient enough for your drive to/from, but at the same time, you won't hear any loud airport noises. The community is full of nice and friendly folks. This cozy home is designed for comfort and even for travelers who need a longer stay. Comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 1 king and 2 queen beds with a comfortable memory foam mattress for relaxing and better sleep at night. I recently installed remote control ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms (in addition to central AC unit) to make your stay even more comfortable in the summer months. Equipped with a brand new 65 inch TV, fast Wi-Fi, walk-in closet in each of the bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry makes it convenient to wash your clothes on site while you lounge on the couch watching Netflix. It has a private backyard that is perfect for kids and pets to freely run around and play soccer or catch, etc. and best of all, no need to pay for parking! By the way, I will pay for all utilities (water, trash, lawncare, electricity, gas, etc.).
