Overall, we had a good experience, and the house met our needs. However, there were several issues that we think future guests and the host should be aware of.The property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival, and it seemed like some things had been left behind from previous guests. We found six cockroaches during our stay, and there were noticeable stains on some of the towels and furniture. There also wasn't enough toilet paper provided for the length of our stay, which was inconvenient. One member of our group, a healthy 23-year-old, slipped and fell in the bathtub. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries, but adding a non-slip mat or other safety feature could help prevent future accidents.Despite these concerns, we still enjoyed our overall stay. With better cleaning, improved pest control, more adequate supplies, and a few safety improvements, this property could provide a much better experience for future guests.

Dishes, especially glasses and flatware, were inadequate. Coffeemaker only made 2 cups at a time. Dishwasher did not work and owner was unable to get it fixed during our stay. Beds could have been more comfortable. Owner, however, always responded when we contacted her.
