Two floors, each with kitchen and living area. Upstairs also has three large bedrooms, two with Queen beds, one with King, a bathroom and separate toilet. A balcony at the front overlooks Palmerston Avenue and the line of trees adjacent to Mornington Peninsula Fwy.
Downstairs includes a bedroom with a King bed and another with two singles, a bathroom and the house's laundry, also under stairs storage for items such as high chair, toddler barrier, toys, vacuum cleaner. Whilst not as large as the upstairs living area, this provides for some separation of guests when this is desirable.

All upstairs rooms have reverse cycle air conditions.
There is a large under cover deck with a comfortable lounge suite, also a dining table with bench seating plus a bbq, in the fully enclosed back yard.
The high front fence encloses an area adequate for three cars.

The house is ideally suited to a large extended family or two families wishing to holiday together. The upstairs open plan living area/kitchen easily caters for 10 people, even without utilizing the adjoining balcony. The balcony itself is large enough for most of, if not all, the guests.

Dromana beach, easily one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, is a leisurely 10 minute walk away. A further minute or so along Point Nepean Road brings one to the beginning of the shopping complex and its multitude of restaurants.
Heading west from the house along Palmerston in the direction of Portsea leads to Arthurs Seat Rd without rejoining the freeway. The drive up the mountain is well worth doing including for the Enchanted Maze, Enchanted Adventure and the lookout. The cable car up the mountain is another possibility as is hiking up it for fitness buffs.,
Walking distance (very convenient) in a different direction from the house are various wineries and breweries well worth sampling, including Jetty Road Brewery and JimmyRum Distillery.
