About this house rental
This stunning property has an amazing bay view s, only 1.5km from Dromana beach (and shops) featuring a gas heated dipping pool and spa. Other features include plumbed gas BBQ, outdoor dining, DVD / Blue Ray player, Foxtel IQ and 50 inch FULL HD Plasma TV. There's even a playstation 2 (with a few games) for the kids (or even the big kids).
The design of the property allows for total privacy in the pool/deck areas and includes a trampoline, playground, cubby house and sandpit for the kids.
All linen is supplied as well as basic condiments including coffee machine and tea.
Located at 278 Boundary Road Dromana - Arthurs Seat exit - the property is only 1.9 kms from the Eagle Skylift base station and only 5.4 kms from the Enchanted Adventure Garden where there's plenty to do for young and old including tree surfing, mazes and tube slides.
This property is PERFECT for families.

We do not allow parties at the property.
We do not allow schoolies or school groups to stay at the property.
Long weekends (ie., Australia Day, Labour Day, Easter etc) require a 3 x night minimum stay.

The property is in a great location - a short drive to the beach, close to Peninsula Link and all that the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay over Christmas was provided. The plunge pool was warm and ideal for young families. The upstairs family room was a hit with visiting family - particularly the foosball and had great bay views from the balcony. We only used the main bedroom and found the bed really comfy with crisp white linen. We highly recommend staying at this Seaside Getaway. Thanks again Adele!

Nice house! very clean! great relaxing jacuzzi! Except one dinning chair that broke while sitting, no casualties, no drama, we are sure host can fix it. These things can happen! it was a wonderful time out.
