★ At night you may hear the slight rumble of the trains running along Route 66. No whistle unless in the rare case of an emergency. I've provided tower fans in every bedroom to provide air circulation and white noise for the light sleepers.
★ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
★ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the external entrance points to the home: the garage and the front door.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.

We had a great experience staying here. The house was wonderful—very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The owner was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would happily come back again.

The house and our host exceeded all of our expectations! Kate was warm and welcoming. She guided us through each step and made sure everything went smoothly. This is the cleanest and most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. We literally lacked for nothing. Everything is in working order, hot tub, appliances, barbecue grill, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We will definitely be staying there again and look forward to it! Thank you for everything Kate!

Words literally cannot describe the comfort we felt in this home! Equipped with anything & everything possible. We were a group of all ages & this home was attentive to us all! This trip was very personal to our family, so choosing a home from a website that you’ve never seen before can be challenging & I truly believe now that it was chosen for us. You will not go wrong in renting this home. Trust me when I say “you will get a good nights sleep” the bedding lines are phenomenal WE WILL BE BACK!!
