★ Pet-Friendly Home:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Max 1). Must be added to the guest count. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets. Pets must not be left unattended, are not permitted on furniture or bedding, and must be cleaned up after promptly in the yard. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
★ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
⚠ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the external entrance points to the home: the garage and the front door.
★ Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Read house rules before booking.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The host was attentive, responsive, and made sure all of our needs were met throughout the visit. From booking to check-in and check-out, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our experience and would gladly stay again.

This property was spectacular! The house is even nicer than the pictures and we all had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend a visit to this property in Flagstaff.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. The home was immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. My whole family kept raving about how comfy the beds, sheets, blankets, couches, etc. were. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, she was very responsive and the home was fully stocked (and labeled which was a nice touch!). There was not one point we looked for something we needed that we could not find (with the exception of a night light for our kids, but that was not a big deal at all and they got by just fine). The home is fully stocked with essentials for kids (baby gate for the stairs, pack and play, high chair, etc.) There is a really cute trail near the neighborhood that we enjoyed walking each afternoon, complete with finding geodes along the trail that my boys were thrilled about. The neighborhood is extremely quaint and cute and all neighbors we crossed paths with were extremely friendly and accepting. Being a more non-toxic family we really appreciated that this home was not full of toxic chemicals, air fresheners and strong detergent smells. This is a very rare fine and this host has definitely set the standard for our future stays elsewhere. Thank you, Kate! We will certainly be back.
