Enjoy this beautifully 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a flex area perfect for kids. Our spacious townhouse is located in Ballard and designed with comfort in a peaceful area. Just minutes from restaurants, the beach, and downtown Ballard. Walking distance you’ll find breweries and coffee shops with a short drive to Seattle's top attractions. The rooftop furniture and fire pit make for cozy nights with a great view.

Guests will have full access to the home except for a locked off owner's closet.

Trash & Recycling Instructions
- We will rely on your assistance for trash and recycling.
- We have one large recycling can and one smaller trash can located in the backyard inside the gated area.
- On Sundays, please roll both bins out to the curb through the alley for collection. We will message you for assistance.
- Please only use our bins—do not place trash in the neighbors’ cans.
- Please do not put waste into the recycling or vice versa, otherwise you may incur additional fines from the city.
