Welcome to "Casa Pluschein"! Enjoy your vacation in the breathtaking mountain scenery of Flims.
✨ Modern, bright 2.5-room apartment in a prime location & fully equipped
✔️ Everything within walking distance—5 min to the mountain railways (350 m), shopping (250 m), Caumasee parking lot (900 m), and various restaurants within walking distance
✔️ Free parking for one medium-sized car right in front of the building & 200m from public transportation/local bus
✔️ Inviting, fully equipped kitchen with a bar counter—including a fondue set and raclette oven
✔️ Guest card included (free local bus & many discounts)
✔️ Wi-Fi, TV & Netflix for cozy evenings watching TV
✔️ Child-friendly with a crib, high chair, and toys—free of charge upon request
✔️ Sleeps 2 to 4 people with soft bedding—in addition to the double bed in the bedroom, the two sofa chairs in the living area can be converted into full-size single beds measuring 80x190 cm (for comfort reasons, suitable for people weighing up to 80 kg or up to 180 cm tall)
✔️ The bedroom and living area can be darkened for a good night’s sleep
✔️ A coffee maker, coffee capsules, tea, and a welcome drink are provided
✔️ Modern bathroom with terry cloth towels and toiletries
✔️ Ski storage and bike parking
✔️ Shared laundry room (for a fee) on the same floor as the apartment
✔️ Dogs welcome—a dog bed and bowl are available upon request—and a dog-walking service exclusively for our guests is available upon request

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Binia is an outstanding host. Super helpful and accommodating. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—small but very nice and spotless!! There’s plenty to do on foot, so you don’t even need to use the car. Despite the central location, it’s nice and quiet. If we’re ever in the area again, we’d definitely book Binia’s place again. We say THANK YOU"
🚧👷Starting in spring 2026, construction will begin on the neighboring property to the north, and there may be construction noise on weekdays. Interior work and landscaping will begin in December 2026, with completion scheduled for spring 2027. The apartment is located on the side of the house facing away from the construction site. None of the apartment’s new triple-pane windows face the construction site. While the apartment isn’t directly affected, we’ve lowered the prices anyway.
