We had a wonderful stay at El Verde Escape. Nicole & Bill were quick to answer any questions we had. They supply the house well with everything you could possibly need. There’s a wonderful place called Chance Bar within walking distance. We expected to just stop in for a drink & were pleasantly impressed with the food options so we stayed for dinner. Corey & Ben run an excellent upscale eatery. El Verde was very close to all that downtown has to offer.

I appreciated how responsive the host was throughout our stay. However, I felt the property was not accurately represented in the listing. Although it was described as non-smoking, there was a strong and noticeable odor of smoke upon arrival, suggesting prior smoking in the home. Additionally, there were several safety concerns that ultimately made the stay feel inconsistent with the price paid.
