About this house rental

This special 100 year old house is full of charm and character. It is a cheerful and colorful place, hence the name Sunny Side Stay. It is located minutes away from downtown Fort Wayne's sporting events, art museum, theaters, festivals, fine dinning, nightlife, and shopping. This house should have everything one would need including a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. As a host, I strive to provide guests with a wonderful experience!

We had a lovely stay in Ft Wayne — the house was super clean, the neighborhood was quiet, the instructions they gave us to get into the place were clear, and the location was excellent. Would certainly stay there again.

Sunny Side was a perfect choice for our family to gather for a wedding in Fort Wayne. The house was cozy, very clean and had all we needed for a very relaxing stay.Nicole and Bill are fantastic hosts and responded very quickly to every message we sent them.We'll want to stay here again next time we visit Fort Wayne.
