About this house rental
This special 100 year old house is full of charm and character. It is a cheerful and colorful place, hence the name Sunny Side Stay. It is located minutes away from downtown Fort Wayne's sporting events, art museum, theaters, festivals, fine dinning, nightlife, and shopping. This house should have everything one would need including a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. As a host, I strive to provide guests with a wonderful experience!

The place was very clean, cute, and check in was really smooth. Description matches well. The 9' ceilings were nice to see, don't see that often in many short term rentals. This older home offers charter and, as said earlier, its kept real clean. We just stayed the night while traveling with the family, a short stop. We didn't use the kitchen or shower but I can say the furnace worked great! Thanks for the nice stay!

House was clean and as expected! Having access to towels and other bathroom necessities made it feel more like a hotel and the available coffe grounds was a nice bonus for the morning!
