We highly recommend 4x4 and high clearance vehicles for parking at this rental home, as the property does not have a paved driveway. The condition of the parking area can change quickly, causing sand accumulation and potential vehicle damage (either sand-blasting or vehicles becoming stuck). Village Realty is not responsible for any towing costs or damage to a vehicle, and cannot guarantee the condition of the parking area. Beds were very uncomfortable, and there was an excavator that made getting in and out of the driveway very very difficult. Other than that it was a beautiful home. I would go back but bring some mattress toppers! And I highly highly recommend 4x4 to get up the sand into the driveway!

The location is prime! The a/c blew cold and the water pressure in the showers were great. The kitchen was basic when it came to cooking tools. It would have been better if common items like tin foil was provided. Maybe a few pizza pans and a larger baking sheet for future guests could be included. We requested the driveway be groomed, but no one ever came out. 4x4 should say required, not recommended. Communication lacked as they can only reply 9-5 unless it’s an emergency. We weren’t provided the WiFi details or garbage location and had to wait until next day to get our answers since we arrived after 5pm. Basic cleaning items are provided like dish soap, bathroom soap, paper towels, 1 extra garbage bag, clean towels and linens and dishwasher pods. The home is a bit outdated and had a couple broken items like the front storm door and a broken baby gate that could have been useful to keeps pets and little kids from leaving the back deck. The price is for the location and view. We can look past an outdated home for an oceanfront. Other than a few minimal hiccups, we had a great time and will visit again! Thank you Village realty.
