About this house rental
Located just 60 feet to the beach with no roads to cross! Get an ocean view from almost any room in the house for a semi-oceanfront price!
The ground level of the home features a huge rec room with pool table and table tennis conversion top, sitting area, bedroom with full bath, and patio area with a hot tub.
The second level of the home has a master bedroom with full bath. 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bath, a large laundry room and ocean view decking off of two of the bedrooms!
The top level of the home features an open floor plan and is incredibly light and bright. The kitchen is open and large and looks over the dining area and family room. Enjoy the gas fireplace, huge outdoor decking with fabulous ocean views and seating. The kids can be loud downstairs in the game room while you enjoy a quiet evening view on the upper deck! Don't let Fido miss the fun, bring him too!
Other amenities include Alarm Clocks, Iron and Ironing Board, Ping Pong Conversion Table and 6 Cable TVs.
With all this, and just a 30 second walk to the beach, it really doesn't get any better than this.

While the house is a little dated- overall our stay was amazing. House was very clean and check in process while quick and painless. Ideal location for kids, just a few feet from the beach.

Have stayed at this property 2 times. The house is very spacious, has lots of room and the location is great. Furnishings are a little dated.House could use a deep cleaning. But overall did not effect our stay. Had a great time and would stay again.

The house was nice. We had issue with a bedroom tv that did not work and Beach Rental addressed the issue quickly. The dining table was dirty and sticky and floors were sandy so it appears not cleaned very well. We do not think the hot tub was cleaned during the week as there was sand in the bottom when we got there and it was there all week. Only 1 person in our party used it and did so in the evening (after shower and dinner). Have been coming to OBX for 15+ years and hot tub was always cleaned during our visit. The binder instruction guides for thermostats and tvs was missing all of the tv pages so it took a while to figure tv out. We had no beach access due to erosion There was a 5 ft drop at the top of the entrance. A neighbor told us it had been that way for over a month. It would have been nice if we were advised of this issue before arriving. We had to drive to a public beach access area several miles up the road and even those areas had very limited space because waves were in so far. We did like the house but will not be returning to S Nags Head again due to little/no beach. We were a group of 3 60+ old and there was no way we could have gotten down to or back up from the beach located by the house safely.
