Bedroom 3 is the Master Suite, with privacy on the third floor, including bath with double vanity and a private deck. Living room sofa can become a sleeper sofa. Kitchen is a cook's paradise, perfect for socializing and functional for cooking-down to brand new bakeware/pots/pans, blender, and dedicated ice machine.
