About this house rental
Welcome to the Gîte Le Ruisseau in Beaudéan. Our large cottage of 220 m2 with private garden, ideal for families, groups of friends (up to 12 people) as well as your four-legged friends.
Located due south, at the entrance to the Campan valley, the house harmonizes the authenticity of old materials (lime, wood) with modern comfort. Its warm atmosphere makes it a place to relax.

The house is spacious and well designed to receive large groups:
First floor:
-1 double bedroom with private shower room, toilet and sink (created in 2017)
-1 large bright living room of 30 m² opening onto the garden
-1 equipped kitchen with dining area
-1 bathroom with shower
-1 separate toilet
-1 storage space (ideal for skis or equipment hiking)
1st floor:
-4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (1 with private sink) and 2 with single beds
-1 bathroom with hydromassage shower and toilet
2nd floor (open only for large groups):
-2 double bedrooms with private shower and sink

Outside:
A large garden equipped for relaxation and leisure: dining table, sunbeds, barbecue, table tennis, badminton.
In season, you can even enjoy picking berries.
Children's facilities:
High chair, cot, changing table, stroller cane and baby bath.

Books, board games, TV, DVD player.
Traveller access
The cottage is fully accessible for groups of 7 to 12 people.
