'Petite Suite Douillette' Guest Room with Balcony, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in Saint-Pargoire, this 40 m² suite on the first floor of a traditional Languedoc house comfortably accommodates up to five guests. Depending on your group size, you will have one or two bedrooms with a double bed (160 cm), a living room with a single bed (90 cm), a spacious bathroom, and separate toilet. Your stay includes private Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a TV. A quality breakfast is available for an extra fee and is served on the terrace with a remarkable view. You also have access to an outdoor summer kitchen on the terrace, about 60 m from the room (less than a minute's walk), equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, and all you need for family meals. Outside the summer season, an indoor shared kitchen is available, also fully equipped; please inform the host in advance if you wish to use it so it can be heated beforehand.

Parking is available in our garden for most vehicles. For longer or wider vehicles, several public parking options are located between 40 m and 450 m from the house, a 30-second to 5-minute walk away.
