Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located condo with a roof top deck providing sweeping views of the city. Two spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom make it perfect for your group. The kitchen has been updated with modern finishes and appliances. One parking spot is provided along with access to the shared courtyard with a fire pit to hang around at the end of the day and wind down.
The Space:
This unit occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a row home along with the roof deck, there are a lot of steps in this home.
This home does not have a formal dining area.
The parking spot is a fairly tight turn to get into, larger cars might have issues. There is also a small curb in front of the parking spot, low clearance cars could have issues. If you are not use to parking in the city it might be difficult. If any of these things sound like a problem please let me know before your arrival, I have alternate parking options that can be arranged.
Other Things to Note:
I have a HEPA air filtering and monitoring system running in the unit at all times to ensure air quality for guests.
Parties of any sort will not be tolerated, I live in the same building and my neighbors appreciate their quiet and calm community.
As noted this stay does have a lot of stairs. There are two staircases in this stay. The staircases do have a few winder (wedge shaped) stairs.
This is a townhome in the city with neighbors both below and next door. Please note that a low level of noise may be heard occasionally.

Very please with our stay. The neighborhood location was great. The rooftop patio was by far the best part. I would highly recommend staying here… we definitely plan on returning.

All was just as expected. Very clean. Owner checked in with us at the beginning and later for resupply. Cool decor but not too much. Comfy and quiet. Access was easy and off-street parking was great. Location was perfect for Fells Point or Canton activities.

Great place-loved the decor, very clean, convenient, and the parking spot a bonus. Would stay again! Easy check in and out. Plenty of places to walk to nearby.
