*Absolutely NO parties or events
* No pets allowed
* NO GLASS ITEMS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA
* Please do NOT remove the vacuum from the pool as it will damage the pool pump, and if replacement is needed, it will fall on guests.
* We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front driveway which records video and audio.
* Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

Great location. Bullard table was very entertaining. Host responsiveness was excellent. I only wish our stay could have been longer. Enjoyed a lot of sunshine by the pool.
