It was in a good area.
There was no mention of a $300 security deposit before actually booking. I was skeptical about sending it when I was told to send it either cash app or Venmo. Upon arrival and departure, I took videos of (almost) every because something told me they were going to try to keep my deposit. And what do you know, they did. We checked out 6/16, I messaged them asking when we would get our deposit back 6/18. Didn’t get a response until 6/19 with a picture of a stained mattress claiming they found an “additional stain that wasn’t there before”. FYI you see in the picture they sent that their whole mattress was stained. RIDICULOUS. If I would have known i wouldn’t get my deposit back for a stain on a mattress I would have taken a video of each mattress in every room too. Best to book some where that doesn’t require a deposit. I’ve booked and stayed at multiple places before that never required one. This was definitely a first.
