We have a 4 bedrooms 2 Bath, 2 car garage in Val Vista Lakes Master Planned Community. The home has , 1 king bed, 1 queen, two twins and a full bed. Decorated to provide you with a wonderful Arizona experience. Access to the beautiful rated 5 star Club house,heated lap pool, beach pool, tennis, courts, spa, indoor racquet ball, workout rooms, cardio, and weight training facilities,banquet room for socials or meetings. Close access to freeway and many restauraunts, and shops. The home is close to three small parks within 5 minutes of walking. Many walking and biking trails

House was exactly as described. Karen (who lives next door) was very welcoming. The resort amenities were great and easy to access once the guest info was submitted to the management company. Would definitely stay here again if we are in Gilbert again next winter.

Everything was as listed for our stay The owner was fantastic and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this property as it is very close to most everything you want to see and do.

Karen was a great hostess. We really enjoyed our stay once we aired out the house (24 hours)...so many scented products and ionizers. The 5 Star Val Vista Community Clubhouse was the highlight of the rental experience. New pickleball courts and great heated swimming pool. The beds were very comfortable. House and garage need a major declutter. We loved the downtown eating choices...Joes BBQ in downtown Gilbert was our favorite spot.
