Life jackets are provided and must be worn while kayaking.
Only use kayaks during daylight hours.
Launch from the backyard canal area and avoid disturbing wildlife.
Please return kayaks and paddles to their storage area after use.

The house was clean, but in need of repairs. The bathtub has a large crack in it, so we couldn't use it to shower. Had to share the 1 shower with 12 people. Two of the bedrooms had no blinds or curtains. So, there's no privacy to change in those bedrooms. The ice machine in the refrigerator was broken. The owner was responsive to messages. I just expected the home to be better maintained for the cost. Maybe it's just the location. Ended up cutting our stay short by a day.
