1960s nostalgic vacation idyll

Architect Bent Moht designed this 57 m² house in 1962, and everything is original, including the teak furniture and retro lamps. Architect Jørn Hovind designed the 32-square-meter annex, and landscape architect Charlotte Skibsted designed the 2,900-square-meter garden. The house has three bedrooms, and the annex has a sofa bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, an induction cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The first bedroom has a large bookshelf filled with good books. The living room features a dining table and chairs as well as a sofa arrangement. The bathroom has a shower and heated floors. The house is heated by a heat pump, electric heating, and a wood-burning stove. Bicycles and kayaks are available. A private, child-friendly beach owned by the homeowners’ association is located 400 m from the house.
