The single story home is great for a family vacation and allowing you to relax in this 4 bedroom home.
The home features 4 bedrooms that can sleep 8 and a large backyard.
The living room has a 65” smart tv and comfortable couch with a dining room next to it with a dining table. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked.
The master bedroom has an attached bath with standing shower.

Our home is nestled in a peaceful, quiet residential neighborhood. Please help us keep it that way:
• Quiet Hours: Strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Outdoor Noise: Absolutely no music is allowed in the backyard at any time.
• Conversations: Keep outdoor conversations to a respectful volume to respect our neighbors` privacy.
🛑 Strict House Rules
Violations of the rules below will result in an immediate $250 fine, booking cancellation, and eviction with no refund:
• No Gatherings: Strictly no parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are allowed. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
• No Furniture Rearranging: Please do not rearrange any furniture inside the home.
• Illicit Behavior: Absolutely no illegal drugs or illicit activities are allowed on the premises.
🚭 Smoking & Marijuana Policy
• 100% Smoke-Free Interior: Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind (including tobacco and e-cigarettes) inside the home. Violating this rule will result in a $500 deep-cleaning fee.
• Marijuana Policy: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for marijuana smoking anywhere on the premises. This includes both inside the home and outside in the backyard.
🚗 Parking Guidelines
We can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles:
• Driveway: 4 cars can be parked on the driveway
• Street: 1 car can park on the street in front of the home.
🗑️ Trash Instructions
• Bagging: All trash must be securely placed inside trash bags (provided under the kitchen sink) before being put outside in the trash bins. The trash goes into BLUE trash bin and recycles (no food items) goes into GREEN trash bin
• Curbside Pickup: If your stay falls during the week, please put the trash out on Monday night or Thursday night.

• The Wi-Fi network name and password details are provided directly in your Airbnb check-in instructions.

For your safety and the security of the property, we have 3 external cameras

• Guest Count: Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests. Please ensure your booking has an accurate guest count. Additional guests must be approved in advance.

Checkout time is 11:00 AM. If you require a late checkout, you must request it and receive approval ahead of time. Before you leave, please complete the following:

First, let’s start with a host! Very helpful and responsive, which is not always the case. So we were very thankful for this Host!The home was clean and would be great for a family or larger group as there are multiple bedrooms. It was just my husband and I and our dogs so we only used the master. The home has modern living room furniture and also some modern kitchen updates. Very convenient location to get anywhere you need to go and plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. Would definitely recommend this house with its nice sized fenced backyard!

We stayed at this property for four nights. Its well located, close to shops with easy access to highways, etc. The home was clean, specious, and well maintained. The host was very responsive and would get back to us quickly if we had any questions. Overall, an excellent decision to say at this property instead of local hotels!
