City of Lewisville permit #STR-24-153. Updated home, large pool, spa and outdoor covered seating makes this the perfect retreat for any sized family. You can cook in the kitchen or order in from one of many nearby restaurants. You'll feel right at home with seating for everyone. High Speed Wi-Fi can handle several devices including Alexa device in the kitchen and large smart tv's where you can stream your favorite shows or music.

The garage is available by request for an additional fee. The driveway is in the back with a privacy gate. It can hold between 3-4 vehicles.

On the day of your check-in, you’ll receive the passcode to enter the home.
There are 5 security cameras on the outside of the property.
Noise - Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood so you can’t have outside noise late at night. Please keep this in mind when booking and make sure the home is a good fit for your group.

I guess I didn’t notice the statement that the thermostat was locked out at 73 degrees. The house was way too hot for us. We’re from Louisiana so we are used to the heat but 73 degrees in this house felt like 85. None of us slept comfortably due to the temperature of the bedrooms. If it weren’t for the pool our stay would have been unbearable. We were there for our sons World Series baseball tournament. We were out in the heat all day and then came home to the heat at night. Never again will I rent a property that does not give me full control of the thermostat. Also they parked their utility trailer in the driveway for our stay which shouldn’t have been an a problem but we ended up having to take two vehicles to fit all our equipment. The driveway was very tight for one suv much less two vehicles. There was the ability to park on the street but the code for the front door didn’t work so you could not get in the house from the front door. The location was good for us and the house was newly remodeled but that’s pretty much the only positive thing I have to say about our stay. Lesson learned for me. I could have stayed at a luxury hotel and had full control on the thermostat for the price.
