The location of this unit is next to none, steps away from the Hollywood beach Broadwalk. Great location. Unit Was very clean.
The vibe of this place is old Hollywood beach art deco. Owner/manager responded right away to some questions I had. However, there was an issue with the AC in the bedroom, which never Quite worked. I’m sure it will be a simple fix.
Overall satisfied with the unit.

Property was great! Clean, quiet, plenty of parking, short walk to the Broadwalk. Everything as advertised in the listing. Owner was great to communicate with! Definitely will stay here again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun stay!

The apartment is exactly as described in the listing. The outdoor area is lovely. The neighborhood and broadwalk has a really fun and pleasant feel to it.
