About this house rental
Please note that during the HIGH SEASON from June 16, 2024 to September 8, 2024, arrival and departure can ONLY take place on Saturdays or Sundays! The minimum stay for our apartment is 7 days during this period! Our holiday apartment "Fiete" (40 sqm) is located on the ground floor of a four-unit building. It features a spacious living room, integrated kitchenette (fitted kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine), a separate bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, shower/WC, and a terrace with a small green area. It is perfect for two people; an extra bed is available on the comfortable sofa bed (110x170 cm) in the living room. A 43-inch LED TV with Netflix and Prime Video services, a mini stereo system, and a free parking space (Apartment 6, "Fiete") is located on site. The apartment is located on the ground floor. One linen package is available (€18 per person/bed half/make-up). A maximum of two pets are welcome upon request. The windows are equipped with fly screens! Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and near the beach. We ask our guests NOT to smoke in the apartment.
