Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum. This is a residential neighborhood with close neighbors.
📹 Security Cameras
Cameras are installed at the front and back entrances for safety (no cameras inside). Do not tamper with them—doing so may result in cancellation without refund.
đź•“ Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM (access code sent 24 hours before arrival)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
đźš Smoking
No smoking indoors. You may smoke on the back patio only. Use the ashtray provided and do not throw cigarette butts in the grass or bushes.
đźš« Parties & Events
No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Violations will lead to immediate cancellation and penalties.
đź§Ľ Cleanliness & Trash
• Leave used towels in the bathroom
• Wash all dishes before check-out
• Check drawers for personal items (we are not responsible for anything left behind)
• Take trash and recycling to the bins before departure
• Bins location: Left side of the house (Green = Trash, Blue = Recycling)
• $20 per trash bag left inside will be charged
🔌 Energy & Security
Turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use. Keep front and back doors closed at all times.
đź§´ Essentials Provided
We supply:
• 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom (every 3 days)
• 1 trash bag per 3 days
• Basic cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink

Children must be supervised at all times. No exceptions.
👥 Guest Policy
• Max occupancy: 10 guests
• Base rate includes up to 8 guests
• After the 8th guest, there is a $35/night per guest per night charge
(This covers extra cleaning, utilities, towels, and supplies)
• All guests must be declared at the time of booking
• Unauthorized guests may result in cancellation or added charges
🏊 Pool Equipment
Do not adjust or tamper with the pool settings or equipment. Unauthorized changes will result in a $100 penalty.
🛠️ Damages
Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Costs beyond the security deposit will be charged and reported to Airbnb.
