About this apartment rental
Dear Guests,
It is a pleasure to welcome you in our home for your trip.
I would like to remind you about the House Rules :
~ There's a $52 Non-negotiable/non-refundable one-time fee before check-in for registration/Parking/Amenities which will be charged to reservation for one night. More than one night, this charge is covered.
~ Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances.
~ Smoking is only allowed at the patio/balcony area. There will be a fine of $200 per day for smoking inside. We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.
~ No loud music inside the property at any time. If a complaint is received, it could result in a fine from the building for excessive noise.
~ Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.
~ The host is not responsible for amenities closures or construction disturbance by the building during your stay. Refunds do not apply.
~ Check out is at 11AM (+1 hr after checkout time will incur a charge $50usd; & +2hrs after checkout time will incur on a charge for half a day.
~ We have the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee for leaving the property dirtier than a regular stay (stains on the floor, dirty dishes, leaving trash behind in the house, stains on beds and couch, strange smells, etc.)
~ We have the right to charge you for new Beddings, Towels (stained beyond repair, dirty and/or turn up missing).
~ Garbage – Please dispose all garbage in the trash- chute that is located on the hall on the left from the house labeled as “TRASH CHUTE ”
~ Dress Code – T-shirts and shoes are required at all times as this is a residential property.
~ No Gas or charcoals or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.
