Wonderful living space opening onto outdoor dining and pool area with awesome views over the Hout Bay.
Spacious 4-bedroom house, all en suit, with modern open plan living spaces with wonderful entertainment area onto pool, garden with breathtaking mountain views, 8 mins from the beach and village. There is also a safety net for the pool to keep small children safe when needed.
The house also includes, a private office, great for those who need to work away from home, a “kids” play room, which has a fold out double sleeper couch. Fun and games for kids.
The books, toys, and board games help keep kids entertained.
.The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for large meals (try some of the fresh local seafood available in the village), as well as a countertop with stools for quick meals. Other facilities include dishwasher, clothes washing machine and tumble dryer, all new.
For some quiet time after a long day, there is a chill room upstairs, with couches and cushions. Each bedroom upstairs opens up onto a patio, great for morning or afternoon veiws.
