Perfect property for a family gathering. Plenty of common space to get together. Nice full size washer and dryer. Would be helpful to have printed info on pool location, checkout information, etc., available. Quiet neighborhood, appreciated having use of garage. Would definitely book this property again.

The home was perfect in every way!

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again.Communication before and during our stay was inconsistent. We often had difficulty getting timely responses, and some questions went unanswered.When we arrived, the home was 89F because the A/C was off. We set the thermostat to 73F, but it took over 7½ hours to reach that temperature. During our stay, the thermostat settings changed multiple times after we adjusted them, making it difficult to keep the home comfortable. At nearly 340 per night(w/all fees), we expected to be able to maintain a comfortable temperature.We also arrived to a smoke detector with a low-battery alarm that beeped continuously until we removed it from the wall. In addition, a home advertised to sleep 10–12 guests was stocked with only four bath towels and three hand towels, which wasn’t adequate for a property of that size.The positives are that the home was clean, the location is nice and convenient, and the house itself is nice. However, the communication issues, lack of preparation upon arrival, temperature challenges, and limited supplies outweighed the positives. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
