Welcome to your true waterfront getaway on peaceful Lake Catherine. Step onto the private dock for morning coffee, spend afternoons on the water, and end the day around the fire pit under the stars. The home is fully furnished and family-friendly—thoughtful touches for kids and pups included.

The lake & access (please read)
Every year from Nov 1–Feb the utility lowers the lake ~3–5 ft. Our dock sits on naturally deep water, so you still have water at the dock year-round—many homes don’t.
Note: It’s a steep 100ft walk down concrete stairs with a handrail to the water. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, please consider this before booking.
Location
Quiet and secluded, but close to everything: ~10 miles to Hot Springs National Park/Bathhouse Row, and ~15 minutes to Oaklawn. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive.
Good to know
Pet-friendly (fenced yard).
We do have life jackets for use in various sizes
Please note, to get to the dock is a reasonably steep ~100ft walk down concrete stairs with a handrail to access the private dock with swim dock on the lake. There is also a floating "lily pad" available for guest use.
Any dogs over the 2 dog limit there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee and a fully refundable $500 pet fee required. We do not allow cats, sorry feline friends.

Great location. Beautiful and comfortable house with a beautiful view. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The house was well stocked. The living room and beds were all very comfortable. The view from the deck is great. The backyard feels secluded with a great fire pit. If you brave the steps down to the water then the lake is quiet and serene. Our whole family including our dogs loved it. Also, not many places will allow 2 large dogs so we really appreciated the opportunity to travel with them.

The house was clean, pristine, with updated appliances. All around uniqueness and very cozy. The owner is super friendly, attentive and caring. The backyard is awesome for pets. My dogs so enjoyed the yard, being able to run, and sit in the sunshine, it’s quiet, private and you have a nice view of Lake Catherine, If I get back to Arkansas, I would stay here againThank you Ed
