Overton Square Unit w/ Gated Parking / 10min to Beale St

Nice spacious modern apartment ideally located with nearby shops and easy drive to attractions. Could use a thorough cleaning/dusting and disposable goods (paper towels, etc) were not enough for a week stay. If a light sleeper, would recommend ear plugs as you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking overnight or on occasion revving cars.

My husband and I picked this as a spot to stop on our way from Nashville to Tulsa, and we were very pleased. This 1BR/1BA apartment was spacious and had a nice, contemporary feel. Very comfortable bed and pillows helped us rest before the long drive the next day.

Nice and roomy. Well appointed. Bedroom was quiet. Host was welcoming. No complaints.

The space is perfect for a couples getaway weekend, with a modern space, good neighborhood with a varied selection of restaurants and shops in a walkable area and on site parking. The community is safe, accessible and eclectic, I highly recommend Boscos Brewing for dinner and drinks, they have an excellent craft beer selection. Sweet Noshings is the perfect shop for all your candy and popcorn cravings. I only gave the place 4 stars because we were only provided 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and weren’t aware until it was needed, so we had to buy our own. The shower also had a constant leak that was audible in the room next to it, so we had to turn the tv up. Both fixable things that I’m sure were, or could be, corrected.
